The average American spends around 4 hours a day on their phone. That’s almost 1,500 hours a year which totals up to 2 months! We spend 2 months worth of time on our phones! Now, think about how much of that time is spent during moments that exist while you’re alone with your spouse. It’s true that some people use their phones to actually cheat, but it could also be true that our relationship with our phone could be cheating our spouse out of the things that make a relationship strong.
